Steven Vantongelen is the founder of SVF. He has worked with senior management teams of leading edge organizations including Dell, Dimension Data, Business Objects, Exxon, Telewest and Siemens Business Services. Steven has personally coached sales execs, sales management and general management on the principles of personal success, sales, sales management and Solution Selling®.
People who know Steven have called him a "sales legend". He specialises in 'big ticket' sales, typically in the region of €5-20m and as a sales director has been responsible for annual sales in excess of €100m. Steven is a dynamic sales leader and believes that natural ability is not enough to make you successful in a selling career. He believes that skill, combined with a "how to" process is the secret to optimum sales performance.
Steven is a graduate of the Catholic University of Leuven, an authorized Solution Selling® Business Partner and a Certified NLP Practitioner. He is a renowned public speaker, elected "Champion in Solution Selling® and Solution Selling® Sales Management™". His first book on sales success is being published in December 2004. Steven also sings with a highly popular rock/soul band and has regular bookings throughout the year at corporate social events.
