Julian Russell & Catherine Hayes: Managing Executive Coaching: An Organisational Perspective
In this workshop we will present an overview of a whole process for
managing executive coaching -- from determining who gets coaching right
through to final evaluation, and we will engage the audience in
creating their own learning agenda for the session.
You will learn to take a broad perspective of the multiple relationships in the coaching system inside the organisation: the coachee, the Organisation Development and/or Learning and Development manager; the boss; and other individuals affected by the coaching process.
By the end of the session you will have thought about how the coaching work you do affects a whole system of people and how sometimes the coaching you do is designed to have an impact not just on an individual but a system itself.
