Photo of Patrick Merlevede As coaches and mentors we want to help persons achieve their potential. Whether persons will be effective in their jobs depends on their attitude, their values and their skills.

In this workshop you will explore an integral model which links all these elements to one's emotions. During some short exercises you’ll experience the relevancy of this model to coaching & mentoring.

This workshop is based on NLP concepts such as meta-programs and modelling as well as on the Graves Value Systems and presumes some basic understanding of these concepts.

At the end of the workshop we will discuss the implications of this model to HR in general.
