Geraldine Haley: Creating the Climate for Change Among Global Leaders
The Leadership Development function at Standard Chartered Bank provides
individual facilitation to the top 150 leaders globally. These already
successful bankers and general managers are encouraged to develop their
self-awareness, leverage their strengths and maximise the engagement of
their teams.
We have a highly succesful coaching programme that is based on establishing a close working relation with external coaches, focusing coaching on developing strengths not fixing weaknesses and creating a status value around being coached.
During this session we will look at and you will learn
- how we engage and motivate successful corporate leaders to effect behaviour change
- how we create a successful productive relationship between organisation, coach and coachee
- what we have identified as the "groundrules" for effective corporate coaching
