Julian Russell

Julian Russell is a leading Executive Coach, the founder of PPD Consulting Ltd and has been using NLP in business consulting since 1984, and coaching since 1993. He is a co-author of Alpha Leadership -- Tools for Business Leaders Who Want More Out of Life and "The business leader as an incurable deviant," in Walking in Two Worlds: The relational Self in Theory and Practice. His clients include major global companies and public utilities. He presents, internationally and runs courses for the CIPD on Executive Coaching. He helped establish NLP in the UK while an executive committee member of the Association of NLP in its early days.

Paul King

Paul has worked with Julian Russell and PPD since the late 1980's. He is a business mentor and personal development coach and is managing director of The Beyond Partnership, a consultancy specialising in the development and realisation of potential in individuals, teams and organisations.
