Alexander Caillet: Coaching Leadership Capacity
Human beings possess within them a source of inner peace and
equilibrium that helps them achieve a clear state of mind. When
leaders understand and access this source, they tap into their
capacity, work from wisdom, insight, and common sense and lead
themselves and others to sustained performance and clear results.
In this session, we will explore the nature of leadership capacity and how to coach our clients to access it and lead from it.
You will learn
- The key distinctions regarding human and leadership capacity
- A coaching model to access this capacity
